After a few years of going dark from social media and streaming, TSM’s Daequan and Hamlinz are back! Or should we say, NRG’s Daequan and Hamlinz are back. The last time that we ever heard from the two popular streamers, they were members of the TSM Fortnite house. Between them and TSM Myth (TSM’s most popular Fortnite streamer) they had a firm hold on a larger Fortnite viewership. Since then, TSM Myth has done well for himself, earning a partnership with Logitech outside of the partnership his organization has. In that same timeframe, Daequan and Hamlinz fell of the face of the earth and weren’t heard from until recently.

The rumor mill began of their return when “missing” fliers for them were posted up around Los Angeles this week. Likewise, there has been a billboard put up in a popular strip in Las Vegas confirming the pair’s return to streaming. An even more interesting note is that their return has come in the for of YouTube, instead of Twitch. Not even five minutes into the announcement stream on their “Find The Streamers” channel, there were nearly 15K viewers watching.
The unfortunate part is that there must have been some technical difficulties getting the stream off the ground. Viewers watched what is essentially a “starting stream” video for over an hour before anything happened on stream. Once a video of the Thoom House tour came up, there was only 7K viewers to see everything. Everything from the new house layout, to the 10+ roommates, things look to be on the up and up for Daequan and Hamlinz.
