Warzone Wednesday Rules
2 Hour timed kill race. Players will Drop-In at tournament time and have two hours to sub their best 3 games. Submitting games and teams will go into our discord channel. https://discord.gg/3hg865
- One player must be streaming per team. (post in discord streaming channel)
- One player must have the tournament tag in their clan tag in order for games to count. The tournament tag will be announced on stream and through discord 5 minutes prior to game time.
- Teams can queue into their final game up to 1 minute before time ends. (I.e Tournament ends at 5:00, as long as the queue is by 4:59 your team is eligible.
- 1 point per kill and NO placement points.
- Cross Platform must be on.
Call of Duty Gunfight is a fast paced 1v1 or 2v2 kill the enemy game mode with a small map 40 second per round gameplay. If time runs out, an overtime flag spawns for 10 seconds and if captured, the individual or team wins. Individuals and Teams spawn with a pre-determined weapon class that changes every two rounds. Individual or team standing or an overtime flag capture wins the round.
Game Rules: To start the match, go into a private match; custom game, select Gunfight. Options should be set at default when creating a match – 40 second timer, 6 wins is a match win, best 6 out of 11 match game play, switch sides every 2 rounds, random guns, and team play.
Map options* King, Shipment, Pine, Hill, Showers, Docks, Speedball, Stack, Trench, Gulag Showers, Bazaar.
*Hosting team will select a map of their choice. Maps can be played multiple times.
Game Hosting: Individual or Team who creates the match will host Game 1. (The opponent will join the lobby of the person who made the match) Opposing team will host game 2. If it is tied 1-1 games and teams go into a final game 3, the team with the biggest margin of victory will host the final game. (Example; a team wins 6-0 vs 6-4. The team that won 6-0 will host the final game. If both teams win 6-0, whoever created the match will host final game)
Winner: The individual or team that wins the best 2 out of 3 matches will be the winner and should submit their victory at alpha.dropingaming.com.

Game Settings: The following settings will be used.
How To Play: Your team and your opponents will join the same Battle Royale game as a squad (2v2) or duo (1v1) and compete to score the most kills. The team with the most Kills/Points at the end of the game wins. Teams will play a best 2 of 3. You must keep score of you and your opponents kills after each game. The winner is the one with the most kills combined after both games.
Jailbreaks: When a Jailbreak occurs, at least one player on a team is alive or in the gulag when a jailbreak happens, both players are back in action. All kills scored by the team after the jailbreak count. If both players on a team are dead and brought back to action from the jailbreak NO KILLS AND DAMAGE WILL COUNT towards the current total. Those players must fall to the grown and die and cannot participate in the rest of the game.
Interference & Obstruction: You are not allowed to intentionally interfere with your opponents attempts to move around the map or secure kills. Additionally, spamming location pings/marking locations while your team is out to distract your opponent is not allowed and will result in an automatic forfeit..
Kill “Stealing”: Kill-stealing is not against the rules. You and your opponents may work together to secure kills. “Stealing” kills is allowed and is part of the competitive nature of the match.
Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie, the team with the most damage wins. If you and your opponent/s are tied in kills at the end of the game but your team has more damage your team wins. When
Lag: After boarding the plane, any complaints about lag or ping issues during the pre-game settings will not be taken into consideration. What if there is a Disconnection? If a player/s disconnects from the game during the warm-up period, the game must be replayed. Players will backout to the pregame menu and restart the game. If a player is disconnected during play, that will be treated as a death. When that happens the current kill count will be recorded for your team as that number. Opponents can continue to play even after one has disconnected from the match.
You and your opponent/s will join the same game as a Duo (1v1) or Squad (2v2) team and race to get the most kills before the game ends or all players die. The team with the most kills at the end of the game wins the round
Game Hosting: All matches are best 2 of 3. The winning team must win 2 games to be declared winner of the match.Whoever created the match will host game 1. Opposing team will host game 2. If it is tied 1-1 games and teams go into a final game 3, the team with the most kills in either of the first two games will host the final game. (Example, my team has 12 kills game one and 0 game two. My opponent has 6 kills game one and 6 game two. My team will host the final game)
Kills While Downed: Any kills scored while you’re downed count towards your final score. Kills scored after you die do not count towards your final score.
Tiebreaker: If you and your opponent finish the game with the same amount of kills, play the match again following the same rules.
Lag/Settings: After jumping on the bus, any complaints about lag or ping will not be taken into consideration, you must play through.
Stealing Kills: Kill-stealing is not against the rules. You and your opponent may work together to secure kills. “Stealing” kills is allowed and is part of the game
Interference/Obstruction to the other team: In general, you are not allowed to intentionally interfere with your opponent’s attempts to move throughout the map. However, if you feel this has happened, please submit a write up and replay of what happened. Our team will use best judgement and make a final decision at that point and determine if it was cruel play.
The following are not allowed:
- Breaking down any structure that your opponent has built, or purposely breaking down non built structures (buildings) to weaken their base as well as shooting at their structure intentionally.
- Causing your opponent to miss shots.
- Building in front not allowing a clear shot for them to attack a team.
Allowed during game play:
- Attracting other opponents by firing guns around the opposing teammate
- Boxing yourself around a loot crate or chest is clean play.
- Following your opponent is allowed.
- Shooting down your own structure and launch pad is clean play as long as the opponent is not on the structure causing them to fall. (building for a launch pad, rift etc)
There are other possible means of interference. Drop-In will do our very best to maintain a fair and consistent experience for all gamers. If there is a problem, the team will need to submit evidence for us to make a fair call based on what is provided for the replay team. We must have clear proof to warrant a forfeit.
Disconnections: If a player disconnects in the pre-game warm-up, the game must be replayed. If you disconnect during game play, it is treated like a death. Your score is equal to the number of kills you had when you disconnected. Your opponent can continue to play even after you have disconnected from the match.
Conclusion: Once the game has ended, take a screenshot of the final kill count and upload that into the final box when submitting who won the match. The person/team with the most kills will be named the winner.
