You will click “Play” main show, as a solo. You have 5 games that you will be submitting scores for on Drop-In Gaming. Points will be earned based on how many rounds you make it to (scoring table below).
Social: Each team should post at least once on social media before the tournament, tagging Drop-In Gaming on any platform. View any of our socials on our Linktree (linktr.ee/Dropingamingllc). Those streaming must put “#Dropingaming” in the title of their stream so we can find you on Twitch.
Format: Solos crown/placement race; you will be joining a lobby by yourself and playing for highest placement in 5 games. You will have a 20 hour timeframe to submit your best 5 games. You will take a picture after your game is over, and submit those 5 scores with picture proof.
Scoring: You will earn 5 points per crown. You will also be awarded points based on what round you all made it to. Example: You make it to round 5 and earn a crown so you’re awarded 5 points for making it to round 5 and an additional 5 points for a crown, so 10 total; your total points for that game is 10 and you still have 4 games left to submit. If you make it to round 5 but do not get a crown you will get 5 points.
Round 1: 1 point
Round 2: 2 points
Round 3: 3 points
Round 4: 4 points
Round 5: 5 points
Round 6: 6 points
Crown: 5 points
Results: The individual with the most points at the end of the time frame will be the winner and announced on the tournament page. If there is a tie, both teams will be notified and a sudden death round/s will be played. In this sudden death round/s, continue playing until one player makes it further than the other. The individual that makes it further is then declared the winner. Example: Team 1 is eliminated in the 3rd round. Team 2 moves on to the 4th round, they would be declared the winner.
Streaming: Although streaming is not required, it is highly recommended for validation of scores. Drop-In Gaming admins will validate all scores. *Cierra has the first right of refusal to play with any tournament winner. *Please note; anyone who has any suspicion towards them of cheating will be required to stream. It is 100% up to our admins to make a judgement call given the evidence of a cheater. If caught cheating the team will be disqualified and subject to a ban from Drop-In Gaming.
